Elmleigh Convent and The Briery

These convents and conference centre in Ilkley belong to the Sisters of the Cross and the Passion.  They have required careful maintenance and refit of essential services for compliance purposes.  At Elmleigh, the Plant Room including the heating and hot water gas boilers had to be replaced whilst the building remained in operation.  The catering kitchen was also updated to reflect best practice.

Safety and Operation Critical Services Maintenance for high-growth SME’s

For Arc Inspirations LLP, one of the North of England’s leading bar and hospitality businesses, we have provided for nine years since 2007, planned and reactive maintenance and compliance management during their rapid expansion.  The services managed include the full range of Heating and Ventilating Air Conditioning and Gas Catering, Heating and Domestic Hot Water services.  Another similar example was for Eldercare and Queensland Care Ltd during their rapid expansion that saw the number of sites expand from less than ten to over twenty in six years from 2006.  In most cases, Ardent Engineering can set up the maintenance protocol according to the client’s needs and budget, eventually handing over to and training of an internal maintenance team.  Ardent Engineering focused on managing residual risk at all stages of the life-cycle, including the requirements of inspecting Authorities.
